vintage oversized cotton cropped t-shirt (I’m wearing medium tall so it isn’t too cropped)
sandals: old Marc Fisher (I really should wear these more often!) eBay listings
Well, I found another stellar and affordable white t-shirt! This is a thing for me. What I love about this one is the length, thickness and the longer sleeve length. The opaque cotton and The opaque cotton and flattering proportions give it a more elevated feel than the typical mens cotton crew tee. I’d pair this tee with a maxi skirt for church or denim and cool shoes for a night out. It’s a good one, I promise (reg. price $16.99 but on sale for $10)
About the denim! Also, a thing for me. Many of you know that I’ve always been obsessed with Levi’s. Any other brand of denim never really worked for me. Other than Levi’s 501 90’s, I’ve been struggling (late forties lady stuff) to find jeans that I love and feel comfortable wearing. Recently, I gave Abercrombie denim a try (based on my niece’s rec), and I absolutely love them! Super comfortable and flattering. So far, I’ve tried the high rise 90’s relaxed and the high rise loose and I could not be happier with them. In these photos, I’m wearing the high rise loose. They do have a bit of stretch which is something I was always dead set against… but lately… the stretch is fantastic!
The right white t-shirt and a well loved pair of jeans is an outfit formula that always works. It’s like a blank canvas for our own style story, and it will never go out of style.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
on your own intelligence do not rely;
In all your ways be mindful of Him,
and He will make straight your paths.
Do not be wise in your own eyes,
fear the Lord and turn away from evil;
This will mean health for your flesh
and vigor for your bones.
